We love to welcome snowbirds from all over the country and Canada! Fall through Spring are beautiful here at Beaver Run. The weather is pleasant, and it's a great place to escape the frigid temperatures in the north and enjoy activities, friendships, and site-seeing in the area.

Snowbirds can enjoy a host of activities throughout the winter. We offer regular potlucks, game nights, women's days, men's days, Bible study, and horseshoe tournaments, and many other activities depending on the interest. We have offered dance classes, art classes, craft classes, yoga classes, and more. While we regularly offer certain things, we also open it up to anyone who has the skill and interest in leading something to lead something that interests them. We publicize the event and open our lodge room with seating for fifty and then let people enjoy the activity.

Holidays are a special time at Beaver Run. We realize that many people are away from family, and so we invite you to join our family during those times. We have an annual bring-a-dish-to-share Thanksgiving meal. We do a number of events and meals around the Christmas and New Year's celebrations, and we try to celebrate other holidays as well to help make your winter more special.

Many people have developed lifetime friendships during their winter stays at Beaver Run. Some come back year after year to catch up with friends after a summer away. Whether you want to come and just get away from it all and have a peaceful time by yourself, or whether you want to participate fully in all of the events and activities, spending the winter at Beaver Run is sure to be an enjoyable time for you.
